Milan, March 3 (IANS) Inter Milan coach Luciano Spalletti announced on Saturday that Argentine striker Mauro Icardi has fully recovered from his injury and ready to lead the side in the Serie A football derby against AC Milan on Sunday.Icardi was injured in a practice session on January 31 and missed the Inter's last four games, but had been training normally for several days and was ready to play in Sunday's duel at San Siro stadium, reports Efe."Mauro is more than ready.
