RRB NTPC CBT-1 Admit Card 2019: Exam Dates Releasing Soon; Details

The admit cards for Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) Computer Based Test (CBT) Phase will be released soon by the Railway Recruitment Board. The RRB NTPC CBT-1 will soon be released on the official websites and the candidates will be able to download their admit cards/ hall tickets from the RRB website of their region.

A link will be made active on RRB websites, allowing the candidates to download their hall tickets.


The Railway Recruitment Board will be recruiting candidates to the 35208 vacant posts in NTPC. The board has yet to make an official announcement regarding the examination date and the release of admit cards. However, it is expected that the RRB will conduct the examination in the month of September.

Candidates can check the examination centre, city, shift and timing on their admit cards. It is advised that they paste a passport size photograph on the printed admit card in advance. It is important to carry a printout of their admit cards along and a photo identity card (original and a photocopy) to the exam centre on the day of examination.

CBT 1 will have questions from three subjects- General Awareness, Mathematics and General Intelligence and Reasoning. For each correct answer the candidate will be awarded one mark whereas for every wrong answer, 0.3 marks will be deducted in the CBT.

Candidates who clear the RRB NTPC CBT-1 will have to appear for the second stage of the examination.
