The Chennai Super Kings knocked the Kings XI Punjab out of this year’s IPL after winning the last group stage match by five wickets in Pune on Sunday.
After their hard-fought victory, CSK skipper MS Dhoni, needed to let off steam and little Ziva kept him company.
In a video doing the rounds on social media, Ziva and MSD share some playful moments just before the post-match presentation.
In the clip, Ziva celebrates the Super Kings’ win by leaping in excitement after which she starts playing with her dad’s cap. She takes it off MSD’s head, looks at it intently and tries to put it back on. But it falls off and she bursts out laughing. She then gleefully jumps around and bounces away, facing the camera.
Clearly, Ziva is psyched about the Chennai Super Kings having made it to the play-offs!
Little Ziva Dhoni has become quite the star this IPL season. Her cute and adorable antics on and off the field have surely earned her many fans.
The Chennai Super Kings finished second on the points table and will now face table-toppers Sunrisers Hyderabad in the first qualifier on 22 May.
