On the occasion of Father’s Day, Amitabh Bachchan has yet again touched our hearts with his words. While majority of the people took to social media to thank their dads, Big B wrote a heartfelt letter on his blog.
He even asked his followers on Twitter to express how much they love their fathers, in a tweet, with the hashtag #FathersDay2016. He tweeted that every day is father’s day for him.
In his blog, the 73-year old Bollywood Superstar reminisced his father, the late poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan and wrote:
“And thereby on the auspicious occasion of Father’s Day, our wishes to those with us and those that have left us ... but left us not to be disadvantaged or disheveled by the pollution of society, but indeed to be welcomed as a day of respect and admiration... And their considerate words of wisdom, that shall remain with me for the rest of my life.”
He posted: “My Father... What does one really say about him here... It is best left unsaid and without fuss or fear.”
