‘I Love Our Road Trips,’ a 10-yr-old Tells her Pa on Father’s Day

Dear Papa,

Happy Father's Day! I love you and you take care of me. The fact that you love dogs makes me love you even more. You are the best Papa in the whole world.

You let me do anything, and you tell me what to and what not to do. You told me all about dogs and how to take care of them. Whatever you do for me, helps me. You help me with my homework and help me get good grades. You give me gifts and make me happy when I am sad.

Mini (our dog) also loves you, but she can't write. I love our ice-cream eating sessions, one of the best parts of the day.

If there was a best dad award, you would win it. What I love the most is our random road trips. I love discovering new places with you Papa. You are a great fixer too. You fix my broken stuff and make me happy. You are my Mr Fix.

No matter how tired you are after work, you still play with me.
