Diamonds are a girl’s best friend and a Hong Kong billionaire daddy is well aware of that as he recently bought an exceptionally large Blue Moon diamond for a whopping $48.4 million for his daughter. Yeah, daddy’s little girl.

On Wednesday, tycoon Joseph Lau bought the diamond at a Sotheby’s auction in Geneva. Now, ladies we know you are feeling the blues.
