A top Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Muzaffar Naikoo, otherwise called Muz Moulvi, was killed in an encounter with security forces in Kashmir, on Friday.
The encounter took place in the Machu area of Budgam district, reported Times of India. The operation was launched after specific information about a wanted LeT terrorist taking shelter in Gulzarpora village.
State police said the encounter has ended, but the area is still being searched. According to security forces, he was the most wanted militant in Jammu and Kashmir.
