Suspended BJP MP Kirti Azad has moved the Delhi High Court against Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and officials of the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) on Monday.

Amid allegations of corruption in DDCA, Kirti Azad was suspended from BJP after he addressed a press conference and screened a WikiLeaks video about the corruption in DDCA. The video was taken down later.
DDCA was headed by Jaitley between 1999 and 2013.

A Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) raid in the office of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in December resulted in a chain reaction of allegations. Kejriwal made allegations of corruption in the DDCA on the Arun Jaitley.
CBI Raid Snowballed Into Political Tug-of-war
The CBI raid, Kejriwal said, was orchestrated to look into a file on the DDCA issue and not the Principal Secretary of CMO, Rajender Kumar; as claimed by the government.
The allegation led to Jaitley filing a defamation suit against Kejriwal and five other members of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).
A special CBI court ordered the CBI to return the documents, seized from Rajender Kumar’s office, on 20 January 2016.
Kejriwal had also formed a committee in to probe the issue. The report by the committee had recommended immediate shut down of DDCA due to corruption. The report had, however, failed to mention in Jaitley directly.
