What is safe sex? 

Safe sex includes methods to protect both the male and the female from acquiring infection or injuries. While sexually transmitted diseases are more common during vaginal sex, some infections can be acquired during oral sex as well. I recommend using protection if you have sex outside of your relationship to ensure safety for both, you and your partner.

Are there any methods to tighten the vagina? Any medicines or exercises that can help?

There are exercises which will help to tighten the pelvic muscle and the vagina, specially after pregnancy. In some cases, surgical methods may be required to tighten the vagina. Consult a doctor to get specific exercises, advice.

What is the cause of bleeding during sex? And what happens if the vagina is not taken care of properly?

The cause of bleeding during sex may be due to rupture of the hymen in those who are having sex for the first time or if there is forced or aggressive sex. Similarly, vaginal infections & dryness may also cause bleeding. Consult a doctor if you have unexplained bleeding.

Is it okay to continue having sex the very moment after the hymen breaks and it starts bleeding?
