You can start with something called ‘choice architecture’. It means keeping all the fruits, vegetables, yogurt and healthy snacks at eye level in the refrigerator so that when you reach in, you're more likely to get to the healthy food than the unhealthy food.

Eat dark chocolate! This one’s definitely going to be picked up by all. Benefits of dark chocolate have been stated many times. But be sure to do it in moderation, because it still has sugar and fat.

There are easy exercises which you can do while sitting at your desk at work. A relaxing massage also helps a lot with stress and muscle strain, which can be done even for 10-15 minutes.
