The Dwayne Johnson-Priyanka Chopra starrer Baywatch is an all new take on the original TV series, but it’ll bring back a bit of its old world charm with Pamela Anderson’s cameo appearance. In fact David Hasselhoff is a part of the project too. Johnson shared the news with Baywatch fans across the world via Instagram and also said that the upcoming flick would be incomplete without the stars of the hugely popular original series.
Anderson is excited about the film giving her character CJ Parker a homage of sorts.
They called me to be in the film, and it was kind of a homage and a sweet thing for them to do. [But] I shouldn’t give too much away! Dwayne is the sweetest guy, he’s so sweet in person. I guess I had met him plenty of times, but I didn’t remember.Pamela Anderson (as reported by ET Canada)
Dwayne welcomed Pamela, who featured on the show from 1992 till 1997, with this sweet message-
