Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is going to have a biopic soon. However, after filmmaker Madhura Sreedhar Reddy announced the project last year, there have been some changes in who will be playing the CM. According to the latest buzz, Rajkummar Rao, who has been receiving rave reviews for his performance in Bareilly Ki Barfi is no longer in contention for the main lead and it will be Nawazuddin Siddiqui who might grab the opportunity.
The report also suggests that Nawaz is a favourite to play Rao in this biopic to be produced by Raj Kandukuri because of their facial resemblance.
Meanwhile, Nawazuddin is making headlines for declaring that he is the highest paid actor on a TV show. Recently when the actor came on as a guest on Aap Ki Adalat, he said:
I am the highest paid actor in industry as far as acting is concerned. I did not have to ask. Filmmakers themselves started paying me this.Nawazuddin Siddiqui
Nawazuddin will be soon seen in Babumoshai Bandookbaaz which releases this Friday.
