Coming on the heels of the playful and romantic tracks ‘Sweetheart’ and ‘Qaafiraana’, the makers of Kedarnath have released a new song from the film titled ‘Jaan ’Nisaar’ that deals with heartbreak. The video depicts the hurdles faced by the lead characters, played by Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan, and how social factors come between their relationship. ‘Jaan' Nisaar’ features Sara in an intense avatar as she leaves no stone unturned to win her love back. The song has been composed by Amit Trivedi and performed by Arijit Singh with lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya.
Earlier on Wednesday, counting days to the release, Sara shared a throwback post tracing her journey on the shoot of Kedarnath. Sara shared saying, "Behind the scenes 🎥🤷♀🤗 missing these moments already! 9 days to #kedarnath".
Kedarnath is a love story set in the backdrop of the flash floods that wrecked the temple town in June 2013. Touted as a potent combination of love and religion, passion and spirituality, the film is directed by Abhishek Kapoor.
Produced by Ronnie Screwvala's RSVP and Abhishek Kapoor's Guy In the Sky Pictures, Kedarnath is slated to release on 7th December 2018.
