Actress Shipa Shetty Kundra, who is known as a fitness icon in Hindi film industry, says she will launch her health app in a couple of months.

Shilpa was interacting with the media at the first edition of Hindustan Times Palate Festival on Sunday here.

Asked what initiatives she has taken to promote health and fitness as a celebrity, she said: "I have my YouTube channel and I do healthy recipes on that channel. I hope I will touch that one million subscribers mark soon."

Shilpa said that more than physical training, it was necessary to have a balanced diet for a person to live a healthy lifestyle.

"It's so important for everyone to know that nutrition plays such an important part in maintaining good health. I feel that is something most people don't understand. People think that it's just about working out.

"I keep emphasizing that it is 70 percent nutrition and 30 percent workout regime."

Shilpa revealed that she would launch her health app to guide her followers about health and fitness. "I am going to come with my health app in a couple months."

Asked how she keeps herself incredibly fit, she said: "I think moderation is key to maintain anything whether it is fame or sanity or even health. I am someone who loves food and loves to live life to the fullest.

"For that, I have made a lifestyle modification and I prescribe the same to the others.

"I preach it because it has made a world of a difference to my life. I make sure that I don't eat anything refined like sugar, flour or white rice and I have switched to healthy alternatives like brown bread and brown rice.

"I eat my last meal around 7 to 7.30 at night and then I don't eat till my breakfast."

Currently, Shilpa is judging Sony Television's reality show titled Super Dancer Chapter 3.

Complaint Registered Against Aditya Pancholi for Threatening to Kill Mechanic

A complaint has been registered against actor Aditya Pancholi at Versova Police Station in Mumbai by a car mechanic for allegedly threatening to kill him when he asked for a payment of car repair charges of Rs 2,82,158. Investigation is underway.

Good News, starring Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani, will release on 6 September. The film is being directed by Raj Mehta and produced by Dharma.

Comedian Balraj to Launch His Own Youtube Channel

Stand-up comedian and host Balraj will soon be connecting with his fans via his own YouTube channel.

"Apart from TV, it's (YouTube channel) a great way to connect with your audience. I also feel it is more interactive and the content can be different as compared to TV-based content," Balraj said in a statement.

Talking about what to expect from his channel, he said: "I'll be doing stand-up pieces, solo monologues and presenting fresh pieces that I write regularly. It's something that I'm really excited about and can't wait to launch it."

'Total Dhamaal' Gave Me Something Different to Do After Long Time: Madhuri Dixit

Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit, who features in the ensemble cast of "Total Dhamaal", says she just could not refuse the movie as it offered her a chance to do something different after a long time.

At the trailer launch of the film here on Monday, Madhuri said: "This film is directed by Indra Kumarji, and I have not worked with him for a long time. I am paired opposite Anil Kapoorji and there is a brilliant star cast, including Ajay Devgn, Javed Jaffrey, Arshad Warsi, and the story was so wonderful when I heard the script."

"It is really funny. It gave me something different to do after a long time, so I just couldn't say 'no' to the film," she added about "Total Dhamaal", which will release on February 22.

The film marks Madhuri's on-screen reunion with Anil after two decades.

The trailer to Total Dhamaal has released. Directed by Indra Kumar, the film is the third instalment of the successful Dhamaal franchise and sees original cast members Arshad Warsi, Riteish Deshmukh and Javed Jaffrey joined by Madhuri Dixit, Anil Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Mishra and Boman Irani.

Ariana Grande Accused of Plagiarism

Rappers Soulja Boy and 2 Chainz have called out singer Ariana Grande for allegedly copying their work for her latest track "7 Rings".

Earlier this month, Grande was also accused of stealing lyrics by rapper Princess Nokia for the same song, reports

Soulja Boy alleged that Grande stole from his song "Pretty boy swag". He replied to a tweet in which Grande thanked her friends who were featured in the "7 Rings" video, writing, "Give me my credit. Period."

He later followed up with the message: "You're a thief."

Soulja Boy has previously accused rapper Drake of stealing his musical style.

Anupam Kher Welcomes Vicky Kaushal in 'Actors' World'

Veteran actor Anupam Kher has welcomed actor Vicky Kaushal in "actors' world" after watching his performance in the latest release "Uri: The Surgical Strike".

"Welcome to the 'actors' world. You are fantastic in 'Uri: The Surgical Strike'. Real, gutsy and a performer," Anupam tweeted on Monday.

The 63-year-old actor asked Vicky to remember that he is his own competition.

On Sunday, Mehta posted about Jain's health saying: "Sad news. I completely empathise with him and the possible cause of his condition. Prayers."

To which, Asrani responded: "Precious -- coming from someone who sent his closest collaborator to the gallows to gain the favour of the so called 'cause'. No apology, no empathy when your friend had a breakdown and was in the hospital? Please don't seek mileage from the man's illness now. Let him recover in peace."

Gillian Anderson to Join 'the Crown' Season Four as Margaret Thatcher

Actor Gillian Anderson is set to star as former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher in the fourth season of Netflix series "The Crown".

According to Deadline, the fourth season is likely to move into the 1970s, where Thatcher served as Britain's first female Prime Minister between 1979 to 1990.

The third season of the drama, which will premiere this year, will see Olivia Colman replace Claire Foy as Queen Elizabeth II and Tobias Menzies replacing Matt Smith as Prince Philip.

The season will also have Ben Daniels as Antony Armstrong-Jones, starring alongside Helena Bonham Carter's Princess Margaret.
