On Wednesday, Newslaundry put up an edited version of a mash up of Gajendra Chauhan’s work made by FTII students. You can read the interview with Ajayan Adat, the student behind it here.

Mr. Chauhan’s best works have been juxtaposed in the video to underscore the acting giant he is. Not.

In one clip he is seen explaining how Modi is an avatar sent by Bhagwan Ram and Krishna to fight evil. A case of kiss ass much?

In a film clip towards the end we see an actress responding hilariously to him with the fabulously articulate lines: Gandi naliyon mein gota lagane wale vaasna ke keede.

His career graph is pretty extreme, from Dharma Raj to frisky pervert.

A group called The Social Workers also put up this rehashed clip from the Mahabharat TV series. Gajendra Chauhan’s only claim to fame, up until this point. Here he spews some indecipherable gobbledegook in response to questions about his knowledge of cinema.

For anyone mixing the question of his appointment with one about art not being quantifiable as high or low. The whole point is who would want film students to be under the chairmanship of a man whose acting career includes a mythological series, some soft porn films and a wannabe political leader?
