Prateik Babbar and Sanya Sagar tied the knot in a ceremony in Lucknow on 22-23 January. The couple held a wedding reception at Mahalaxmi Race Course in Mumbai on 25 January. Raj Babbar, Arya Babbar, Nitish Tiwari, and Ayesha Takia were among those present.

Prateik and Sanya have been a couple for two years, though they’ve known each other for a decade. They were engaged in January last year. Sanya is the daughter of BSP leader Pawan Sagar. She graduated with a degree in fashion communication from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) and has a diploma in practical filmmaking from the London Film Academy. Prateik Babbar is the son of the late actor Smita Patil and politician Raj Babbar. After Mulk and Baaghi 2, he is set to star in Chhichhore, which is being directed by Dangal’s Nitesh Tiwari.
