Kareena Kapoor turns 38 today (21 September). In an interview with Hindustan Times, she spoke about how she keeps a tab on the box-office numbers of her movies, how she’s excited to work with Karan Johar and what she thinks of cousin Ranbir Kapoor and actor, Ranveer Singh.
The birthday girl spoke about how Ranbir and Ranveer could take Hindi cinema to the next level and also expressed her desire to costar with her cousin in a film, who she thinks is one of India’s greatest actors.
“The chemistry will be unbelievable. I am deeply fond of him (Ranbir Kapoor). So, never say never, and hopefully someone will write a script...For me, he is always above the film,” said Kareena Kapoor.
Kareena also spoke about how the dialogue Main apni favourite hoon (from Jab We Met, 2007) defines her and that she has lived by it. Kareena Kapoor is set to appear in Karan Johar’s multi-starrerTakht after the massive success of Veere Di Wedding.
