2. Kamal Haasan Rings in 60th Birthday at Ancestral Home
Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan turns 60 today. This year also marks the actor’s 60 years in Indian cinema. He kickstarted the birthday celebrations with a family get-together at their ancestral home at Paramakudi in Ramanathapuram district.
Haasan's family unveiled the statue of his father, D Srinivasan, at their home. Srinivasan was a lawyer and a freedom fighter.
Kamal also wants to open a talent development centre in his name.

3. BJP Worker Approaches Child Rights Body Against Swara Bhasker
A video clip featuring actor Swara Bhasker using cuss words, on comedian Abish Mathew’s chat show, while talking about a child she worked in a TV commercial with has created a controversy. In the video of the show called Son of Abish, Swara refers to the child as ‘chu**ya’ and ‘kameena’ which has now got social media reacting to it.

5. Sooraj Pancholi Opens up About Aditya Pancholi & Kangana Ranaut
Sooraj Pancholi, whose film Satellite Shankar releases this November, has opened up about his father Aditya Pancholi’s relationship with Kangana Ranaut. In 2017, Kangana had accused Aditya of physical and sexual abuse when she was starting out in Bollywood. In an interview with SpotBoyE, Sooraj Pancholi maintains that their relationship was a “personal matter” between his parents and he prefers not to be involved.
