The Ranveer Singh starrer Zoya Akhtar film Gully Boy now has a leading lady - Alia Bhatt. Ranveer had reportedly opted out of the project initially, but Excel Entertainment has now confirmed that the quirky young duo will play leading roles in Zoya’s next directorial venture. Ranveer Singh is super excited about working with Alia and if this mad video is anything to go by, the film will probably be just as quirky.
In Gully Boy, Ranveer Singh will reportedly be essaying the role of an underdog rapper from the streets of Mumbai. His character is based on the lives of popular rappers Divine and Naezy.
