WHAT??! Asaduddin Owaisi said he WON’T chant ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’? Oh. My. God. Anti-national! Go to Pakistan!
But wait, has anybody asked Pakistan if they want these people we keep trying to send across the border?
Accha, forget about that. The point is, how dare Owaisi refuse to hail Mother India? As Ratan Sharda has said, “If you say ‘I love my mother’, then what is the problem?”
FORCING people to say it is the problem, Mr Sharda.
When did people have to start chanting empty slogans to declare their Indianness?
And Shri Mohan Bhagwat, why exactly must people prove their loyalty to you or anybody else? Contrary to popular belief, you don’t have sole ownership of Bharat or Hindustan or India or whatever you feel like calling it. It’s mine too. And Owaisi’s and JNU’s.
Shouting Jai Hind or cheering for a particular cricket team proves nothing. And, hey, news anchors, stick to the news. Don’t turn everything into an oversimplified black and white situation. Intricacy. Look it up.
And all of you ranting on social media, comment wars are never well thought out. You’re reacting to anger. What are you doing? Seriously? Calm yourselves.
And to all our politicians, including Owaisi, drop the self-righteousness and show some respect for your fellow citizens. Then, we’ll talk.
