Tamil Nadu Exit Polls: Possible Split Between AIADMK and DMK

Exit polls reveal that the DMK-Congress alliance will lead in the state.

Exit polls predict that it’ll be close contest in the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections, with an advantage to the DMK.

Three surveys predicted a defeat for Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa’s AIADMK. However, a fourth said she would retain power comfortably, winning 139 of the 234 seats.
