Guess who took the train back home after the Christmas
celebration? The Queen herself. Queen Elizabeth II returned to London by a
commuter train after her break at the royal family’s Sandringham Estate in
Norfolk.
The 89-year-old arrived at the King’s Lynn station just a few minutes before the train was about to depart. She was accompanied by the station manager Graeme Pratt who helped her board the train’s first-class carriage.
The Queen was also seen getting off a train in December 2014 while returning from her Norfolk estate.
