CCTV footage shows a car driver dragging toll plaza employee on his bonnet in Godhra.
The incident took place after the driver refused to pay toll tax for his journey.
On being asked for the toll, the driver rammed his car into the employee and continued driving with the employee clinging to the bonnet of the car.
