Shweta Rathore became the first Indian female bodybuilder to win a silver medal at the 49th Asian Championship, recently held in Uzbekistan.
Shweta, an engineer by qualification, won silver in the Women’s Fitness Physique category and qualified for the World Championship, to be held in Thailand in November.
Shweta is on the Judge Panel of the Body Power Expo 2015 and runs an academy, Fitness Forever, a press release stated.
