A Delhi Metro staffer was stabbed and robbed of Rs 12 lakh by unidentified men at the Rajinder Place station on Monday.
Police said the suspects attacked the official with a knife in the control room of the station, where the ticket counter is located, and looted the cash.
The station, located in the Central Delhi area, falls on the Blue Line of DMRC.
The incident happened around 5:30 am before the commencement of services. No arrests have been made yet.Senior Police Official
A senior DMRC official said that the staffer is “out of danger” now.
