An Indian fisherman was shot dead off the Indian coast in Gujarat by the Pakistan Navy.
The deceased fisherman was identified as Iqbal Abdul Bhatti. Bhatti was in his boat named Premraj.
A Coast Guard team will investigate the incident.
The narration was that the bigger vessel fired upon the fishing vessel, 5-6 rounds. We found Iqbal (Fisherman) killed in firing. The fisherman was fired upon by some vessel. We directed our CG ship to investigate into the incident.

According to an NDTV report, the boat had started from Okha Port in Gujarat and was carrying five people on board.
