The municipal councillors of Delhi will gather on Monday, 6 February, at the Municipal Corporation headquarters for the third time in less than two months to elect the new mayor of the city.

The election was stalled, first on 6 January and then on 24 January, after a fight between the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) councillors over the speaker's decision to administer oath to 10 nominated members (aldermen) before the elected councillors.
