1. Singer Neha Bhasin Accuses Anu Malik of Predatory Behaviour

On 30 October, Indian singer Neha Bhasin took to Twitter to talk about her personal experience with singer and music producer Anu Mallik. Calling him a “predator”, Neha Bhasin’s accusations against the Indian Idol judge were in response to a tweet by singer and TV show judge Sona Mohapatra, in which the latter talks about how her actions resulted in her losing her place as a judge on an Indian reality show. Whereas Anu Mallik, who Mohapatra had accused of alleged sexual misconduct, did not face repercussions. The tweets by Mohapatra are excerpts picked up from an open letter she posted on Facebook on Thursday.

2. ‘Aamis’ Trailer: Acclaimed Assamese Film Looks at Dark Love Story
The trailer for Bhaskar Hazarika’s acclaimed and highly anticipated Assamese film Aamis has been released. Aamis premiered at the prestigious Tribeca Film Festival in New York earlier this year and was the toast of audiences at the recently concluded 21st Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival with Star. 3. Not Saying I Am Innocent: Sooraj Pancholi on Jiah Khan Case

Actor Sooraj Pancholi, who has been accused of abetment to the suicide of Jiah Khan, blames the media for portraying him wrongfully without knowing the truth. Sooraj claimed in an interview with IANS, “Not even five per cent of what the media has written about me till date is true. They have heard the story only from one side. They have never heard my version, because I never claimed I am innocent to gain people’s sympathy.”

4. Host of Kashmiri ‘KBC’ Meets Amitabh Bachchan in Mumbai
Ahead of the launch of the second season of the Kashmiri version of Kaun Banega Crorepati, actor and host Rayees Mohiuddin met with Amitabh Bachchan in Mumbai. Speaking about their interaction, he said, “It was an honour to meet Mr Bachchan. It has been my childhood dream to get a chance to at least see him in person, but I was lucky enough to meet him and interact with him. I am highly honoured that I get to host the local version of KBC in Kashmir.” He added, “Mr. Bachchan is a legend and there is so much to learn from him. Seeing him host KBC has taught me so many nuances that I will cherish and take back with me.”

5. Shah Rukh Khan’s Next Film With Atlee Titled ‘Sanki’?
After Zero, Shah Rukh Khan has not signed any film as of now. Amidst the numerous speculations, one report that has been doing the rounds is that he might soon appear in a Tamil film. The movie in question is a masala entertainer to be directed by Atlee.
Now, entertainment industry tracker Ramesh Bala has taken to Twitter to say that the film will be titled Sanki. He also added that the announcement will be made on SRK’s birthday, 2 November.
