The two leaders had a “forward-looking” conversation, in a meeting that lasted an hour, said Jaishankar.

It is in this context that The Quint hosted a debate on whether it is finally time for India to criminalise marital rape. The Kremlin in Russia has asserted that North Korea's latest nuclear test creates a serious threat to peace and security in the region.
