The men’s marathon event medal winners are probably the luckiest athletes among all. They received their medals during a grand event and in front of all the athletes present for the closing ceremony.

The Olympic Flag Handed Over From Rio to Tokyo

The mayor of Rio de Janeiro, Eduardo Paes waved the Olympic flag for one last time before handing it over to the President of the International Olympic Committee, Thomas Bach.

Back passed on the flag to the governor of Tokyo, Yuriko Koike. Tokyo will be the host for the 2020 Olympics.
