Union Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju on Tuesday refuted claims of alleged corruption in a hydroelectric project in Arunachal Pradesh, saying “those planting such news will be beaten with shoes”.

Earlier on Tuesday, the minister told the media that he was not related to Goboi but later went back on his claim.
