A photo showing Leader of Opposition (LoP) in Lok Sabha and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is going viral to claim that he attended American businessman George Soros’ son, Alex Soros' wedding.
Soros married Huma Abedin, a former aide to former United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in New York recently.
How did we find out the truth?: We performed a reverse image search on the viral image using Google lens and found no credible news report carrying it.
We then noticed errors in the image like fingers and hands which indicated that this is an AI-manipulated image.

Further, we ran the image of some AI-detection tools like Hive Moderation, Sight Engine and Was It AI.
All three tools concluded that this is an AI-generated image and not real.
Hive Moderation and Sight Engine also stated that that this image is 99 percent likely to contain AI manipulation.
