Pratyusha Banerjee Suicide: Court Denies Bail to Rahul Raj Singh

Things have gone from bad to worse for Rahul Raj Singh as a Mumbai court rejected his anticipatory bail plea in Pratyusha Banerjee’s suicide case. Rahul had filed the plea on Wednesday.

The court has rejected the bail plea of Rahul Raj Singh. His role in abetment of suicide or murder is yet to be probed.

Pratyusha’s mother has reiterated that she does not believe her daughter’s death was a suicide.

On Wednesday, Rahul’s lawyer had quit the case, alleging that his client had kept him in the dark.

The 24-year-old Balika Vadhu star Pratyusha Banerjee allegedly committed suicide on 1 April at her residence in Mumbai.
