1. Kangana Targets Ranbir Kapoor, Wants B-Town to Be More Political

Kangana Ranaut is not done with taking potshots at Bollywood celebrities. At the success bash of Manikarnika, the actor spoke about stars distancing themselves from politics.

Kangana took the example of Ranbir Kapoor, who reportedly said that he doesn’t concern himself with politics, because he has no complaints from the government. Kangana urged Bollywood celebrities to responsibly take a stand on politics.

2. John Abraham Turns Wartime Spy in ‘Romeo Akbar Walter’ Trailer

The trailer to spy thriller Romeo Akbar Walter (RAW) has been released. The opening lines “We’re on verge of a war with Pakistan” seem especially weighty considering the recent Pulwama terrorist attacks and Balakot air strikes, but the film is set in 1971. John Abraham is recruited by a Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) officer, played by Jackie Shroff, and goes undercover in Pakistan where he infiltrates the army while several try to unveil his true identity.

3. After Uri, Sanjay Bhansali to Back Film on Balakot Surgical Strike

It’s now being reported that a film on the IAF strikes on Jaish-e-Mohammad facilities in Balakot is already in pre-production. According to Mumbai Mirror, a source close to the project has said that the film is currently in its research and development stage. The said film is being co-produced by industry biggies like Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Bhushan Kumar of T-Series and Abhishek Kapoor has been signed on to direct it.

4. Vicky Kaushal in Shoojit Sircar’s Next on Martyr Udham Singh

After the mammoth success of Uri, Vicky Kaushal’s next is a biopic on Udham Singh, to be directed by Shoojit Sircar. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted the announcement. Udham Singh was a daring martyr who assassinated Michael O' Dwyer, the former lieutenant governor of Punjab in pre-Independence India, to avenge the Jallianwala Bagh massacre in Amritsar in 1919. Singh was then tried for murder and convicted in 1940. He was hung subsequently.

5. Watch SRK Attempt Bachchan’s Famous Dialogue From ‘Shahenshah’

Amitabh Bachchan and SRK shower praises on each other on Twitter. 

The makers of Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu starrer Badla have released a short video ahead of the film in which Big B and producer Shah Rukh Khan can be seen exchanging some fun banter.

SRK attempts Bachchan’s famous dialogue from Shahenshah and then tries to get him to croon ‘Ek Dusre Se Karte Hain Pyar Hum’ from Hum while teasing him about his lack of singing talent. In the hilarious video Bachchan also tells SRK about his very first acting role, when he played a chicken in kindergarten. Between the two superstars, Taapsee also makes a surprise appearance and sure leaves an impression.
