Alok Prasanna Kumar

Alok Prasanna is the Co-founder and Senior Resident Fellow at Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy, where he leads the Bengaluru office. A former advocate at the Supreme Court of India and panel counsel for the Union of India, Alok specializes in constitutional, administrative, taxation law, and arbitration. An alumnus of the University of Oxford (BCL) and NALSAR University, he is also known for his critical legal commentary and authorship of the Contumacious Curmudgeon newsletter.
