India Bans Samsung Galaxy Note 7 in Check-in Bags in Flights
There have been claims that the batteries of some of the devices have exploded while charging.

The government has banned travelers from carrying Samsung Galaxy Note 7 in check-in bags in flights, according to The Times of India.
They will only be allowed to carry these devices in handbags and keep them switched off during the entire duration of flights. The order comes into immediate effect. This has been issued keeping air safety in mind

There have been claims that the batteries of some of the devices have exploded while charging, and that its batteries can catch fire.
The Federal Aviation Administration has also warned passengers not to put the Galaxy Note 7 phones in their checked bags, citing “recent incidents and concerns raised by Samsung” about the devices. It is extremely unusual for the FAA to warn passengers about a specific product.
