The Quint has been unable to independently verify the time when this video was filmed.
As per news reports, Mumbai experienced heavy rainfall around 26 May. This affected the public transport especially the local trains.
The Indian Express reported that nearly seven inches of water accumulated on the railway tracks at and around the Masjid Bandar railway station.
The Pune Mirror also posted a clip of the Masjid station on their X page on 26 May stating that it was flooded with water amid heavy rainfall.
Conclusion: It is clear that the video is from Mumbai and not Guwahati, as claimed.
