The Met Gala 2019 red carpet saw many of our favourite celebrities trying to up their fashion quotient with whacky outfits. From ‘desi girls’ Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone, to Sophie Turner and Cardi B, we saw a variety of stars dazzle at the event.
The annual benefit event for the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art (Met) is known for its extravagant outfits and exclusive guest list. This year’s theme was ‘Camp: Notes on Fashion’, inspired by photographer Susan Sontag’s 1964 essay ‘Notes on Camp’.
