Fiat India has started the bookings for their much awaited hot hatchback, Abarth Punto. The booking amount is Rs 50,000. This indigenously built hatch will be launched in a month and will be available across 100+ exclusive dealerships across India
FCA India is looking forward to cashing in on the festive season by launching the ‘Made in India’ Abarth, the iconic Italian brand with a racing DNA and a great tradition of performance.
The Fiat Abarth Punto is powered by a 1.4-litre T-Jet engine, generating a whopping 145 BHP of power. Fiat had teased the car at a recent launch of their Fiat 595 Abarth in India.
The Fiat Abarth Punto will compete with the likes of the Volkswagen Polo GT TSI and the Ford Figo Hatchback that will launch on September 23.
