Two images that show Indian cricketer Virat Kohli posing with Prime Minister of United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and with Reliance Foundation Chairperson Nita Ambani are going viral on the internet.
What's the claim?: The images were posted with captions suggesting that the UAE PM and Ambani gifted a Bugatti car to Kohli after India's 2025 ICC Champions Trophy victory.

Are these images real?: No, both these images have been generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and are not real visuals as claimed.
Hints in the viral images: On a closer look at the first image, we found that the text seen on Kohli's jersey appeared to be garbled and did not make a proper word.
In the second image, Kohli's glasses could be seen merging into his face. Moreover, his fingers appeared deformed.
All these discrepancies are common indicators of AI-generated images.
What did detection tools show?: Team WebQoof passed both these images through two AI detection tools namely — 'Hive Moderation' and 'SightEngine'.
Both tools showed around 99 percent of the images being generated using the help of AI tools.

Conclusion: The images are not real and have been generated using AI tools.
