A photo showing Bollywood actor Anushka Sharma touching cricketer Virat Kohli's feet is going viral online as a real image.

Users sharing the photo have claimed that this happened after India's victory against Pakistan at the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 match which happened in Dubai on 23 February.

Kohli was also declared as the player of the match.

What's the truth?: This is an edited image, two different images have been morphed together.

How did we find out the truth?: We checked the later part of the ICC Champions Trophy match streamed on Jio Hotstar.

• We found the exact frame where Kohli was standing in the same frame with Imran Khwaja, ICC Deputy Chair, but it was not Sharma.

• We also performed a reverse image search on the viral image which led us a YouTube video showing the same moment.
