In yet another incident of public apathy, an 18-year-old boy in Karnataka lay bleeding on the road for 25 minutes as onlookers clicked pictures and videos of him, instead of rushing him to a hospital.
The teenager was later taken to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
There have been many such incidents in the recent past and that leads us to think what drives this behaviour. Why do you think people hesitate in helping?
