Remembering Godfather of Marvel Through His Inspirational Quotes

Stan Lee, the man behind some of your favourite super heroes passed away on 12 November, 2018 at the age of 95.

It takes more than just ready imagination to give birth to a world like Marvel Cinematic Universe, with it’s band of oddball superheroes. Marvel Comic’s co-founder and editor in chief Stan Lee knew that his super heroes needed to be flawed for the fans to relate to them. But at the same time look for greatness within them.

Here are a few quotes from the Godfather of Marvel Comic that inspires us to look for greatness within us.

‘Entertainment is Important’

I used to be embarrassed because I was just a comic-book writer while other people were building bridges or going on to medical careers. I feel that if you’re able to entertain people, you’re doing a good thing.

Geeks make or Break TV

It’s geeks who really make or break a TV show or movie or video game. They’re the ones who are passionate about these things and who collect [the paraphernalia] and talk about them. A geek is really somebody interested in communication and entertainment and [finding] the best way to avail himself or herself to it..
