In our kinda weddings, the less famous ones, even relatives refrain from giving meaningful gifts. All that the couple end up receiving is a lifafa with Rs 500 ka note.

There is so much talk about which lehenga the bride will wear. Will it be designer duo Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla or Anamika Khanna or Sabyasachi? Or, she could even be wearing lehengas for free, right? Ideally, such a settlement should work for every bride in the country!
