The airlines crew helped the 28-weeks pregnant Diaby deliver a healthy baby. The mother named her baby Kadiju.

Some of the passengers too came forward to help the mother deliver.

The international airlines later issued a statement praising the efforts of the crew. It said: "The cabin crew noticed that a woman passenger named Nafi Diaby, 28 weeks into her pregnancy, was suffering childbirth pains."
