Baby ‘GOAT’ Soon? Twitter Reacts to Serena William’s Pregnancy

Serena is taking maternity leave through the rest of 2017 and will return to the court next year.

Serena Williams on Wednesday announced that she is pregnant and taking maternity leave through the rest of 2017. The tennis superstar posted a photo on Snapchat with the caption “20 weeks”, which she later deleted. However, the 35-year-old’s spokeswoman confirmed the news and said that she is expected to give birth this fall.

Williams is the oldest woman to win a Grand Slam singles title and still dominates the tour at an age when most players have retired.
