United States President Barack Obama’s younger daughter Natasha ‘Sasha’ Obama got a summer job just like any other teenager, serving seafood at the popular restaurant Nancy’s, according to the Boston Herald.
With a contingent of Secret Service personnel, the First Daughter has been learning to use the cash register and bus tables.
One of the staff members of the eatery said that they were wondering who the person being helped by six people for the job was, before realising.
The restaurant is a favourite for the First Family who always stop by for a meal when they are visiting Martha’s Vineyard, Boston.
There were people who got their feathers ruffled when the news broke out.
There were others who came to her support and even made light of the fact that she’s working a normal summer job, even though she is the US President’s daughter.
Some even commented how she should be an inspiration for other children her age.
Her summer job is only for a few days though, till Saturday, when her family joins her at Martha’s Vineyard for a two-week vacation.
