This couple took the saying, ‘Marriages are made in heaven,’ to a whole new level.
In a video, which has gone viral on the internet, a man proposed to his girlfriend minutes before their Indigo flight from Indore to Goa took-off.
Narendra used the aircraft’s in-flight announcement to ask his lady love to marry him. The girl, visibly surprised and smiling, walked up to him up the aisle after which he, in classic Bollywood style, went down on his knees and presented his girl with a rose, which she accepted.
The Indigo staff did their bit to help out the guy’s romantic gesture. The ground staff held up placards on the aerobridge which read, “Will You Marry Me?”
Shutterbugs on the plane could hardly contain their excitement as flashes captured the couple’s happy moment.
Although, the use of the in-flight addressing system was an apparent violation of civil aviation rules, but that did not stop the lovelorn groom-to-be.
The couple will certainly have fond memories of their proposal.
