Netizens were left perplexed on Saturday, 23 November, after Bharatiya Janata Party's Devendra Fadnavis returned to the post of Maharashtra’s chief minister. The move came a day after the NCP-Shiv Sena-Congress alliance announced that Uddhav Thackeray would be the next CM of the state.

After the development of Saturday morning, which also saw NCP's Ajit Pawar taking oath the deputy CM, Twitter was left with one question – "What just happened?"
