Tattoos don’t always mean forever, especially not in Johnny Depp’s case. The actor has been tight-lipped about his impending divorce with Amber Heard, but has let his body do the talking, quite literally.
The actor, once madly in love with ex-wife Amber Heard, inked his body with her nickname, “SLIM”. After separating from Heard, the actor played smug and redesigned ‘L’ to read ‘C’ and ‘I’ to read ‘U’. The tattoo now reads “SCUM”.
This curious redesigning is oddly reminiscent of the days when his inglorious break-up with Winona Ryder led him to alter his “Winona Forever” tattoo to “Wino Forever”.
While filling for divorce, Amber claimed that Depp was “very physically abusive” during their 15-month-long marriage, and even filed a restraining order against him.
